At Pulsetto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
